Your text may be typeset using such faces as we have available, or it may be provided as artwork or electronically. Do not forget that, if you provide material in Portable Document Format, you may need to embed the fonts.

The amount of copy should be no more than can be easily read within the following spaces:

(Height x Width)
Full page: 17x10.5 cm. Half page: 8.5x10.5 cm. Quarter page: 8.5x5.2 cm.

Line art and text is printed at 300dpi minimum. Grayscale cannot be guaranteed to reproduce satisfactorily

Artwork

Artwork for scanning should be on good quality paper unfolded. To improve discrimination of the paper surface texture, 1.4x oversize is helpful.

Files

On diskette or e-mail attachment, we can accept most bit image formats.

To minimise file size gif or compressed jpg are suggested
